Job Description
Join our team as a Dispatch & Distribution Manager, where you will oversee the coordination and execution of our delivery and distribution operations. As a vital part of our logistics team, you will ensure that goods are dispatched efficiently, routes are optimised, and deliveries are completed on time to meet customer expectations. You will work closely with the fleet manager, drivers, depot staff, and other departments to maintain smooth operations, monitor distribution performance, and uphold safety and compliance standards. Your leadership will be key in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional service to our customers through effective dispatch and distribution management.

Requirements
Candidates should have at least one year of dispatch management experience and demonstrate strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. They must be able to work independently while also collaborating with the team to solve complex issues, and should have good written and oral communication skills as well as basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Candidates should hold graduate or equivalent qualifications.
