Job Description
Join our team as a Distribution Manager, where you will lead the planning, coordination, and optimisation of our end-to-end distribution operations. As a vital part of our logistics team, you will ensure that delivery networks are efficient, resources are allocated effectively, and operational plans are executed to meet customer expectations. You will work closely with the Fleet Manager, Dispatch Manager, depot teams, and senior management to maintain smooth operations, monitor performance, control costs, and uphold safety and regulatory standards. Your leadership will be key in driving operational excellence and delivering reliable, cost-effective distribution services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused mindset to ensure service expectations are met, as well as an analytical approach capable of monitoring KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting continuous improvement across distribution operations.
Requirements
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in distribution, logistics, or transport management and demonstrate proven ability in performance analysis and process improvement. They must be able to analyse data and make strategic decisions, work independently while also collaborating with the team to solve complex issues, and should have good written and oral communication skills as well as basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
